A Search that returns at least one product uses one API credit, including cache hits. Empty and failed Search responses use no credit. PricesAPI provides normalized product and offer data today, with snapshots, history, monitoring, and delivery rolling out in stages. Your application owns its workflows and decisions.
Pricing models, included allowances, and usage limits for all Beta features may change before general availability. Existing Product Search pricing and Search-credit allowances remain unchanged unless separately announced.

Keep repeat searches running
Run repeat product searches weekly or daily with global coverage across supported markets. Schedules management calls use no API credits, and there is no separate scheduling fee. Sub-daily cadences are not available yet. Background scheduled refreshes use no API credits. A later customer-initiated non-empty Search follows normal billing.

What happens if I use my Search-credit allowance?
Allowance exhausted → HTTP 403 with { "error": { "code": "CREDITS_EXCEEDED" } } or, during the atomic usage check, "MONTHLY_LIMIT_EXCEEDED". Paid allowances reset with the Stripe billing period; the 1,000-credit Personal trial is one-time. Per-minute rate-limit hit → HTTP 429 with { "error": { "code": "RATE_LIMIT_EXCEEDED" } }. Upgrade or wait for a paid renewal. Your API key stays valid.
Can I change plans later?
Open the billing portal from your dashboard to review available plan changes. The portal shows the effective date and any billing adjustment before you confirm. For Enterprise or anything unavailable there, email support.
Do you offer refunds?
Our voluntary 14-day money-back guarantee applies to the initial purchase of a paid self-service plan. Email support within 14 days of that purchase. This does not limit statutory rights that cannot be excluded.
What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) through Stripe. Enterprise customers can arrange invoicing.
